Since I wasn’t diagnosed in childhood my grandparents just assumed I was a “difficult” child and needed an extra firm hand. Yes I did get the usual spankings and actually I myself am pro spanking. A short time later he came back and brought me a cup of coffee so I stopped what I was doing and sat down with him and chatted a little bit. As we were having coffee the service advisor came in the break room and told my friend his car was ready. He left to go to the cashier and a few minutes later he came back and asked me who worked on his car. I told him who I seen working on it and I asked him what is wrong? He said his service pistol and holster which were in the center console were missing. The mechanic told him he had not seen his pistol. He then called the local police who showed up in minutes. The local police called and got a search warrant. I could see the mechanic squirming. What the mechanic did not realize was he had picked on a FBI agent to steal from. They found the pistol in the mechanics car. The pistol was federal property and of course the mechanic immediately got fired, was hauled off to jail never to be seen in the dealership again. We would invariably go out as a foursome and have a great time with lots of laughter. A couple of months later, they bought a new home which needed a considerable amount of work to modernise as it was previously occupied by older people who had lived there for almost fifty years. They asked if we could help them with some of the renovation work, which of course we were more than happy to do, after all, what are friends for? We agreed we would help when we could as we both worked full time and I was completing my Masters’ (albeit part time) at the time. Their new house was over twenty miles from ours (in a completely different city) and as we would usual take both our cars for logistics purposes, we noticed we were spending a lot on petrol. We were physically exhausted as we would drive to theirs after work and then help until the early hours of the morning – drive home and then repeat the cycle. He then threw me onto it and sat on top of my chest to try and quiet me down. Needless to say this cut off my oxygen supply and my body went into fight or flight mode.
